Breathe in… Breathe out…

Inhale and exhale slowly and focus on your breathing

as it helps to relax your mind and body. Place your focus to the tip of your nose, breathe in and feel the air entering your nostrils. Then, slowly breathe out. Repeat this several times until you feel calmer.

Mini-vacation

Close your eyes and visualise a place that makes you feel most at peace. For just one minute, enjoy the peace that this mental picture gives you. Whenever you’re stressed, simply close your eyes and revisit this place in your mind.
