Say good morning to your body with a nutritious meal. It is well known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it’s even more important that you have a nutritious one.
Here are two delicious recipes that will not take the whole morning to prepare and are packed with nutritious natural ingredients.
BIG BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Boiled egg
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Avocado
- Lettuce
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Boil water in a saucepan, add a small pinch of salt and cook oats till soft.
- Then, place oats in a bowl and assemble your breakfast by topping it with tomatoes, an egg, lettuce and avocado. Enjoy immediately!
POACHED EGG ON TOAST

Ingredients
- 2 slices Rye bread
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Avocado
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Methods
- Fill a pot with water and bring to a simmer.
- While your pot of water is heating up, toast rye bread at medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- When water has started to simmer, season it with a pinch of salt.
- Then, crack an egg into a saucer or cup and gently pour egg into the simmering water with one fluid movement.
- Cook for about 2 minutes if you enjoy a soft egg and about 4 minutes for a firmer egg.
- Spoon egg from the water gently with a slotted spoon and place it on a kitchen towel to dry off the excess water.
- Repeat steps 3 to 6 with the next egg.
- Then, sprinkle both eggs with sea salt and black pepper.
- Remove bread from the toaster, slice the avocado and place on top of both slices of bread.
- Next, gently place poached eggs on top of each slice of bread and enjoy!
