In the Healthy Nation range, consumers can choose from three different varieties (all soya and oat-based) – Flex Well, Get Well, and Vita Well, to meet their specific requirements, and to make things easy for you, these come in sachets packaged together in a box for convenience.

Get Well contains high dietary fibre and is a source of calcium for building strong bones and teeth. Get Well also aims to ease digestive system issues like gastric and reflux whilst simultaneously helping to reduce chronic inflammation issues like eczema, and psoriasis as it is a gluten-free and dairy-free advanced formulation.

Flex Well can be used for the development of strong bones for children, adults, and the elderly. It also supports heart health and maintains flexibility in joints while helping reduce osteoporosis risk.

Vita Well offers complete nutrition for improved energy and immunity. It contains 28 vitamins and minerals, essential proteins, and 4 strains of essential probiotics. The range of products offered by Healthy Nation is aimed at catering to people with various needs in the mass market.

On the internal launch day, the employees of Watsons got a chance to taste test Healthy Nation’s three product ranges, and we’ve got insider info that the sample cups were disappearing faster than a cow in a tornado!

Wait, there’s more! If you thought plant-based products were just for salads and smoothies, think again! Another show-stopping moment from the launch day was Healthy Nation’s Tau Fu Fa which had everyone stopping in their tracks gushing to try it.

When asked about the reason that prompted Watsons to offer plant-based choices to its consumers, Caryn Loh, Watsons Managing Director has some interesting insights to offer.

“According to Britannica ProCon (an educational publisher of the Britannica Group), approximately 87% of Malaysians are lactose intolerant. This is one of the major factors that influence Malaysians’ decision to consume plant-based diets, more specifically, plant-based milk. Due to the lactose present in the majority of dairy products, people who are lactose intolerant frequently experience gastric or bloating symptoms,” she said.

Joe Pramesh Ganesaguru, the Chief Executive Officer of Ancom Truelife also chipped in his thoughts on how Healthy Nation complements the range of products that Watson offers to the community.

“With products like Get Well, Flex Well, and Vita Well, each offering a different set of health advantages, Healthy Nation aims to provide a wide selection of reasonably priced plant-based health products. These diverse ranges provide Watsons customers with options based on their needs,” he added

Healthy Nation’s plant-based milk range is now available at Watsons stores nationwide and online.
