To be more precise, I would have to say that the cleaning and disinfecting are done every two (2) hours. However, it depends on each pharmacy, as some pharmacies may do it every hour or more. Now that everything is going at a smoother pace, we only clean and disinfect two (2) or three (3) times daily.
However, before the Covid-19 outbreak was announced, we usually just sweep the floor and clean the pharmacy with a cleaning agent only twice a day.[/info_list_item][info_list_item list_title=”How long does it usually take to clean the entire pharmacy?” list_icon=”Defaults-comments” animation=”fadeInUp”]Previously before MCO, it required only a short period of time to clean as we did not usually disinfect our pharmacy. We usually clean with disinfecting agents (not alcohol – but Chlorohexanol) once or twice a month. Now, we will open our pharmacy an hour earlier for the cleaning and disinfecting process. At this point of time, we still limit contact with the public and we do not allow people to wander around the pharmacy.
